What We Offer

Urban Central Marketplace

This is our duplicating model for commercial development and business incubation which includes

  • a textile production facility

  • an office space for partner organizations

  • 2+ levels of workforce housing facilities ( both for rent and purchase)

Family Confirmation Project

Our duplicating model for commercial development focused on wrap-around services for families. This model allows families to build their own economic, social, and health foundations sustainability.

Open Hand Initiative

Our Open Hand Initiative program is tailored to individuals who are on the cusp of homeownership but require assistance in addressing minor outstanding debts. Our partnership with Central Park Mortgage placed 7 families into homes in 2022. This initiative plays a crucial role in removing barriers to homeownership, ensuring that aspiring homeowners can realize their dreams of owning a home without unnecessary financial burdens holding them back.
